If you care about a great end result in terms of printing on fabrics or plastics, the best solution will certainly be screen printing. In our company, we use it for slightly larger orders - it requires a bit more work, which is why it simply does not pay off in the case of small orders.

This type of decoration technique is based on specially developed templates - sieves. It is through them that the printing ink in the selected color gets through, creating an extremely durable print. An undoubted advantage of this solution is the exceptional resistance to cracking, abrasion or fading, and at the same time the possibility of creating unique images or inscriptions in full color, and even in three-dimensional technique. Each print is also distinguished by expressive, vivid colors and high precision.

How does screen printing look like?

After receiving the order and graphics in the vector file from the client, we first create the appropriate template. It is a special sieve with many holes the size of known pixels.

The template is created by covering individual holes in such a way that only those holes are exposed through which the paint is to pass (each material is applied separately). After the ink is transferred to the fabric or material, the created print is thermally fixed. This way of finishing makes the final inscription or graphics resistant to many unfavorable factors.

Advantages of the screen printing technique:

- the ability to create prints on various materials - paper, foil, fabrics or plastics,

- high resistance to damage, UV radiation, water, high temperatures, as well as washing even at 50°C,

- vivid colors and high precision of printing,

- the ability to create graphics and subtitles in black and white, as well as in full color,

- the ability to create many attractive advertising gadgets, company articles or workwear or sportswear,

- an economical and quick solution for larger expenditures.
