How can I place an order?

 

To place an order, please send us an email with the number of products you are ordering and your detailed service preferences. On this basis, we will make a valuation of the entire service. You can send us an e-mail via a special form, available after clicking the "Ask about the product" button.

 

Do the order costs also include the creation of a print or decoration?

 

No. The initial valuation costs cover only the products selected by the customer. Only after determining the details of the order and sending your preferences regarding the decoration technique and materials (inscriptions, logos) can we create the final quote.

 

How long does the order take?

 

In most cases, the delivery time in our company is from 7 to 14 working days. In the case of large or non-standard orders, this period is determined individually.

 

What techniques do you use to decorate products?

 

As part of our services, we create decorations in the technique of screen printing, pad printing, transfer, engraving, UV printing, sublimation, as well as epoxy stickers. If the customer is in doubt which type to choose, our consultants will be happy to advise the appropriate solution tailored to the customer's needs.

 

Is there a possibility of personal collection?

 

Of course, there is no problem to pick up the ordered product at our company's headquarters at 39/207 Zabłocie Street in Krakow. It is enough to indicate such a desire when placing an order. After completing the order, the customer will receive appropriate information that the items are waiting for collection.

 

Which courier company handles deliveries in your company?

 

By default, our company Gift Design uses the services of a UPS courier. This is a guarantee of fast delivery to the place chosen by the customer. Most packages are delivered to customers within 24 hours of dispatch.

 

How does the company pay?

 

For transaction security, the first three orders should be paid in 100% in advance, as a cash prepayment. Subsequent orders can be paid on the basis of a pro-forma invoice, which must be paid within 14 days.

 

Do you issue a VAT invoice for your services?

 

Of course, we issue a VAT invoice for each order - both for cash prepayment and proforma payment.

 

Do you create a product design before performing the service?

 

If the client sends us a print design in the form of a vector file, we can easily visualize the products selected by the client. All you need to do is send us the materials and express your willingness to receive the visualization.

 

Do you advise, if necessary, on the selection of a product for the client's industry?
