Terms of cooperation with Gift Design:

§1 ORDERS

1.1 We accept orders in writing.
1.2 Companies starting cooperation with Gift Design are obliged to provide a current extract from the Commercial Register or the National Court Register or an entry in the Register of Economic Activity.
1.3 Gift Design reserves the right to accepting the order if the Ordering Party is in arrears with payments.
The purchased goods remain the property of Gift Design until the payment for these goods is settled.

§2 PAYMENTS

2.0 The Orderer is obliged to pay cash for the first three orders.
2.1 If the Orderer withdraws from the order, he undertakes to cover all costs incurred by Gift Design during the execution of this order.
2.2 In the event of In the event of any disputes, the Ordering Party has no right to withhold all or part of the payment for the purchased goods. Any settlements arising from disputable issues are regulated after mutual agreement of the parties' position.
2.3 Gift Design is responsible for the completed order only and exclusively up to its value.

§3 GOODS AND SERVICES

3.1 In the case of goods delivered by the Ordering Party, 3% of the goods may be damaged as a result of production, for which Gift Design is not responsible. Damaged goods are sent back at the Customer's request. This does not apply to goods purchased at Gift Design.

§4 TRANSPORTATION

4.1 The Ordering Party may order the goods to be sent by post, railway, forwarding companies or pick up the goods in person. Delivery costs are covered by the Ordering Party.
4.2 Gift Design is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from reasons beyond its control.
4.3 In the case of delivering the goods in batches, the Ordering Party covers each time the cost of delivery of each batch and each time receives an invoice for the delivered goods.
4.4 If the cartons are damaged or the goods have been damaged in any way during transport, the Ordering Party undertakes to note this fact on the waybill in the presence of the courier.

§5 PREPARATION OF FILES

5.1 In the case of vector graphics, all texts should be converted to curves.
5.2 For multicolor bitmap graphics, the minimum resolution should be 200 dpi in a 1:1 scale, RGB color mode. Single-color bitmap files should be saved with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi.
5.3 Files can be delivered on CD/DVD, by e-mail or to an FTP server.
For each file, please attach a separate bitmap file saved with screen resolution 72 dpi and a description of colors in the Pantone scale for coated materials (e.g. Pantone 469 C).
5.4 Gift Design is not responsible for a defective pattern reproduction resulting from the Ordering Party's failure to comply with the recommendations listed in points 5.1-5.3.

§6 PACKING

6.1 As a standard, clothing is packed in collective cartons. It is possible to order a different way of packing for an additional fee.

§7 COMPLAINTS

7.1 Complaints are accepted in writing up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Ordering Party.
7.2 Complaints are subject to defective goods, which do not bear traces of any further alterations and finishes not made by Gift Design, and may not have any signs of use.
7.3 The Ordering Party undertakes to check the goods before handing them over to anyone. After the goods are handed over to the next recipient, the responsibility for any quantitative and qualitative defects is transferred to the Ordering Party.
7.4 The Ordering Party covers the costs of delivery of the advertised goods to the Gift Design headquarters.
7.5 Complaints are resolved within 14 days of their written submission.

§8 COPYRIGHT

8.1 The Principal agrees to the use of products made by Gift Design in advertising materials, on websites, in catalogs or as part of the exhibition at trade fairs and as technological samples regarding the quality of printing and embroidery.
The Principal also allows Gift Design for placing information about the performance of the service for the Ordering Party in its advertising materials.

7.2 The Ordering Party bears full responsibility for having the copyright to the application template provided to Gift Design.

§9 OTHER TERMS

9.1 Gift Design reserves the right to reject an order if it is inconsistent with the above terms of cooperation. Any changes to the above-mentioned conditions require written confirmation by both parties under pain of nullity of the contract.
9.2 Gift Design is not responsible for shortages of goods at suppliers. in the absence of an agreement between the parties, the dispute will be settled in court by the court competent for the registered office of Gift Design.
9.4 In matters not covered by the above arrangements, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply
9.5 The Principal accepts the above arrangements.
